From a young age, I started massaging family and friends. In 2021 I took my first training in classical massage. Turning 30, I was sure I wanted to leave my career at the university and ngo’s behind me and focus fully on my passion. I believe a massage is more than stress relief. When we reconnect with our bodies, feel our emotions, and feel truly seen, both people and society can thrive. A session with me is tailored to what your needs are at the moment. It often combines relief for physical tension and deep relaxation.

My specialties include holistic relaxation massage, deep tissue, pregnancy massage and post-natale massage. I enjoy giving massages because it grounds and calms me. My work allows me to be present in the moment with care, respect, and loving attention. The state of relaxing flow that arises can help you discover that your body holds answers beyond the thinking mind.
